Oreo Cream Cheese Truffles

Ingredients:

1/2 A box of cream cheese
Semi-sweet chocolate chips
Desired amount of crushed Oreos or any other cookie / biscuit


1) Mix the cream cheese and crushed oreos into a glob of 'round dough' and form into small balls then put in fridge to chill

2)Put desired amount of semi sweet chocolate chips in microwave safe bowl, then microwave for 10-15 second increments until fully melted. If you don't have a microwave melt the chocolate the old fashioned way in glass bowl placed over the top of a pan of boiling water

3) Take dough balls out of fridge and cover in melted chocolate and chill in fridge until chocolate hardens

4) A perfect treat to sell at your Bake Sale
